FAQ

  • We offer free ground shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada for an additional shipping cost. Items will be shipped within 3 business days and tracking will be provided at that point.

    Shipping costs to these locations are calculated at checkout when placing a new order. At this time, we do not ship products outside of these areas.

  • - We can offer STORE CREDIT for returned items. We DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment.

    - Your store credit gift card will be issued in USD via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of your return back to our warehouse. Store credit expires one year from the date. of issue.

    - Shipping costs are not included in the store credit amount and will not be returned. Expect shipping costs to range from $20.00 - $250.00 depending on product weight.

    - We do not allow order cancellations or order edits once an order has been placed, so please thoroughly double-check all order, contact, and payment information at checkout. We do not make price adjustments on any past or future orders.

    - If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use your store credit gift card towards the new order. We do not honor sale prices on exchanges if the sale has ended.

    - Some items require a restocking fee that will be deducted from your store credit. Please check the product description to see if this fee applies to the product ordered.

    - Multiple returns over a lifetime without reasonable cause will revoke customers’ return eligibility.

    - Please note items that say "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible for return or exchange. If a final sale item is sent back with a return, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping or the item will be donated.

    We do not offer free return shipping. The BUYER is responsible for return shipping on all returns and this will be deducted from store credit.

    To receive your STORE CREDIT, item(s) must be:

    - Unused with tags still attached.

    - No trace of animal hair, or strong smell such as perfume, room spray, smoke, etc.

    - Item(s) must be in RESALABLE CONDITION. We thoroughly check our products before shipment for any signs of damage. It is your responsibility to email us if you receive a damaged/defective item before returning it, as mentioned above.

  • Our rugs are shipped folded or tightly rolled. As a result, some rugs may have slight creases or bulges. But don’t worry! These are not defects and they will self-correct quickly.

    To speed up this process, you can reverse-roll your rug and/ or vacuum it. Over time, gravity will do its work, the rug will loosen up, and those creases and bulges will disappear.

  • All rug listing images are unedited and were taken on an iPhone or Canon EOS camera. We take product photos in natural daylight and wait for a bright/sunny day. We do our best to ensure we have captured each rug in the most accurate way.

    Please note that rugs will appear slightly darker at different times of day and in rooms with fewer windows.
